World Record Attempt - Most Triathlons in 24hrs

Volunteer Sign-Up

Ethan Hunger is attempting a Guinness World Record for the most triathlons completed in 24 hours - starting at 6 PM on Friday, July 24 and running through 6 PM Saturday, July 25 here in Bellingham. The current record is 54 super sprint legs; Ethan is going for 72. He is doing it as a fundraiser for the Bellingham Food Bank through his Hunger vs Hunger campaign, which has raised more than $1 million since 2021 and is aiming for $500,000 this year. One in five Whatcom County residents relies on the food bank each week. Guinness requires independent witnesses who are not connected to the project. As a witness, your job is to watch from shore while Ethan swims, then bike or drive alongside him on the ride, and run or bike near him on the run. Shifts are up to 4 hours - pick the one that works for you below and sign up. Thank you for helping make this record, and this cause, happen!
